In this way, it is essential to manage and evaluate the performance of all employees involved, detecting indexes that measure the action, behavior and execution of activities. From this, it is possible to identify improvement and decision-making by the company's leaders and managers. The work also aims to present the structure of the personnel department, clearly depicting payroll management, benefits and management of labor liabilities.
