When we refer to the Public Administration together with the health area, it is common to hear complaints about poor service, negligence, concerning the lack of materials and good working conditions, unmotivated and tired professionals. The lack of support, monitoring and attention to professionals in this sector is noticeable, in addition to the deficiency in service and qualification that some employees of public agencies have, caused by the stability in their position, guaranteed by the Federal Constitution. In view of this, the importance of knowing the daily difficulties experienced by these professionals, as well as directing the application of techniques for the development and conservation of quality in the services provided, for a public management that does not prioritize theoretical knowledge as applied to competitions. public but also results and skills.
