That is, a restaurant that worries about the destination of the tailings and leftovers, that avoids waste, that value the environment and use food of origin that guarantees profit and responsibility for the environment and for the future of all. Environmental labeling seals are very important for the image of a company. These are labels of the most different products in order to clarify that it is in harmony with the environment, aims to encourage consumption of products and the search for services with a low degree of environmental impact.
