The general objective is to seek and identify information regarding labor liabilities, thus getting to know the company, identifying the main causes that generate its labor liabilities and describing the practices of the personnel department, collecting data in the processes and preparing suggestions for improvements in internal processes to reduce the company's costs with labor liabilities.
