Based on the Fiscal Responsibility Law; Complementary Law 101, of 05-04-2000, which aims to establish rules to be observed by public administrators, focusing on the Santa Cruz das Palmeiras City Council, fiscal year 2018, comparing personnel expenses with current net income.
