Horizontal dialogue, in turn, will provide a respectful relationship in search of a harmonious coexistence where everyone feels like they belong and is free to express themselves. In everyday life, in interactions with others, prejudice, judgment and undue treatment occur. And in the classroom with students in training, this scenario needs to be worked on, directed and discussed. Attitudes like the teacher's of ignoring conflict only increase exclusion. And in the end, the expected result, which is quality teaching, will never be achieved. Rather, it promotes unmotivated, insecure and inferior students. It is important to propose and make reflections available to students beyond the school environment, an example is non-formal education, which through religious groups, social organizations, voluntary projects, among others, encourages children and young people to build identity and values. An example of formal education to work on conflicts like the one that occurred would be a visit to a museum or cultural center, where students will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge of cultural diversity and reflect on the principles of citizenship. Thus complementing what they learn in the classroom, contributing to a more fair and egalitarian society.Acesso AbertoPedagogiaEducaçãoEspaços escolaresGestãoCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANASGestão e Espaços EscolaresRelatório de Pesquisa
