(Serra da Fartura, Serra de Itatiaia, Serra da Bocaina), where 130 hosts were captured with '' nets '' nets which had 48 ectoparasites from the Nycterebilidae, Strebilidae, Spinturnicidae, Polytenidae and Tuncicidae families. Chiropterans have very distinct ectoparasites that range from mites, Diptera, Hemiptera to fleas, so a further study of the relationship of these ectoparasites with other types of hosts should be performed.
