This is possible through the knowledge acquired in Management classes of Labor Liabilities, Quantitative Methods Applied to Business, Statistics Applied, General Accounting and Corporate Finance. The company chosen was Vulpes LTDA, a fictitious organization created in the Project Integrated from the 3rd Administration module. Starting with the mapping and analysis of liabilities, they were put into lists three different liabilities, which were analyzed and their causes were identified. Subsequently, we found ways to solve them and took the appropriate measures so that they do not happen again in the company. Subsequently, an analysis was carried out with statistics of labor liabilities in relation to employees and the company.
