The population with the greatest susceptibility is made up of middle-aged to elderly animals, without racial predisposition. Understanding the biological behavior of canine mammary neoplasms allows the identification of patients with similar clinical evolution and facilitates the determination of specific therapeutic measures. The present report describes the case of a female dog, SRD, 11 years old, who presented several metastatic nodules of a malignant mixed mammary gland tumor, reaching different organs, including the central nervous system.
