With it also came the knowledge in the art of making cheese by hand, which soon began to be applied in a small dairy in the city of São Lourenço, Minas Gerais. Gradually, the products made by Pedro Talarico also became known in the already thriving city of São Paulo, where they began to be marketed in the former Dom Pedro Park Market. On January 25, 1933, with the inauguration of the Paulistano Municipal Market, Roni cheeses were sold in Box 2 of Rua D, through Rocco Peta and Josephina Peta (2nd generation). Years later, in the late 1960s, the couple's eldest son - Mr. Miguel Peta (3rd generation) - continued the family business with two new factories in the state of São Paulo: one located in Vargem Grande do Sul and another in the municipality of São José do Rio Pardo. In 1976, a more modern unit was inaugurated in São Sebastião da Grama (SP), thus centralizing the production of Roni cheese. Currently it is Mr. Roque Bruno Tadeu Peta (4th generation) who manages and markets the company's products with the motto: Family, Tradition and Quality.Acesso AbertoPlanejamento EstratégicoGestão OrçamentáriaEmpreendedorismoGestão Estratégica de TributosÉtica Geral e ProfissionalCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADASDESENVOLVIMENTO DE UM PLANO DE NEGÓCIO LATICÍNIO SÃO MIGUELRelatório de Pesquisa
