The company chosen was MJ Serviços Eléctricos - Eletricos e Eletrônica LTDA, located in the city of Goiânia-GO. The units of study addressed in this module were of paramount importance for the interdisciplinary project about the company to be realized. Throughout the project in the Legal Aspects of Corporate Structuring unit, we study how to set up a company and how it can be structured. In Labor Liability Management we work with the CLT and the Federal Constitution and their reflexes in our daily lives.
