Thus, to assist in the information recording process, the concepts covered in the subjects of the second module of the mentioned course, as well as the learnings discussed during the Fundamentals of Administration classes, taught by the professor Frederico Fargnoli Ribeiro, following the example of the need to know the competition, the your target audience and some issues related to the organization's vision, mission and values.
