The theme chosen to be addressed within the Wi7h, is the expansion of the company's structure, with the aim of promote the hiring of professionals with disabilities. The purpose of expansion can be applied to its subsidiary, which will be founded in the first half of 2022, already organized with adequate structures to provide assistance to people with greater difficulty in getting around and offering them better opportunities to inclusion, since many organizations are not coherent for such types of deficiency.
