We used the Python language as a base due to its versatility. Our ChatBot is aimed at assisting in the security of technology within the company, offering support and training with answers on how to protect yourself both systemically and externally. For its operation, we chose the Telegram communication platform, which provides us with several possibilities. To develop the code, we used tools such as VSCode and Jupyter Notebook.
