Therefore, this article aims to demonstrate the realization of histological techniques, set of processes for the proper observation of the tissues, and histochemistry, which consists of the study of the chemical constitution of cells and tissues, through the preparation of materials for microscopic analysis (JUNQUEIRA; CARNEIRO, 2017). For this, the light or optical microscope is mainly used, composed of mechanical and optical parts, which forms the image of the observed structure enlarged, performed by the objective and eyepiece, from the emission of light rays, projected by the condenser (JUNQUEIRA; CARNEIRO, 2017), which cross the fabric due to the cuts histological examinations made by the microtome, a precise instrument that cuts extremely thin slices to obtaining samples.Acesso AbertofisiológicasimunológicasCNPQ::OUTROS::BIOMEDICINAMICROSCOPIA E TÉCNICAS HISTOLÓGICASRelatório de Pesquisa
