The sudden change of reality forced them to adapt and the main thing allied to ensure the mental and physical health of its teams was emotional intelligence. Through research in books and digital media, enriched with the knowledge of experts on the subject, the study proposed to examine what is needed to obtain emotional intelligence, what is its importance and how to use it in the scenario left by the pandemic. He found that this skill requires, in addition to self-knowledge, knowledge of the other - empathy and social skill.
