When the company was analyzed and taking into account its experience with more than 6 thousand employees and more than 70 years in the company, it was possible to observe that the priority is to apply the values in action that were used to build the brand, being: quality, responsibility, attitude and sense of ownership, simplicity, humility, commitment and discipline, work and honesty. Throughout this project, it will be portrayed how the company applies and identifies the need for employee development training, methods used, diagnostic process, techniques and models.
