Within this study there are several aspects that need to be worked on, such as training people. This job presents as objective to emphasize the importance of training in people management, its origin and applicability and what results this tool can generate. This is a study carried out based on the knowledge acquired in the subjects presented throughout the graduation of the Administration course and also through research in websites and books related to the topic. As a result of the research and the knowledge obtained, it was possible to prove that the training is valid in any company or organization and its results are positive for both parties, company and employees.
