Abstract
In our article, we aim at a marketing proposal for the Bakery
Portal. We did some research with customers and employees and noticed that they
they miss having more interaction on the company's social networks.
We plan to hire a company specialized in advertising to
manage social networks and the image of Padaria Portal, seeking to humanize relationships
between the bakery and customers on the internet, and gain even more visibility with all this.
Our goal is also to analyze the company's internal environment, identify the
satisfaction of customers and employees, verifying through the SWOT Analysis the strengths and
weaknesses, threats and opportunities.
According to WESTWOOD (2007, p. 10). “Marketing involves discovering what customers
want, make the company's products meet those requirements and, in the process, optimize the
company profits.”
