| dc.description.abstract | With this project we aim to show 3 labor liabilities of the company Click Geral LTDA and with that to develop and guide regarding labor liabilities From the definition of the concept that we worked with Prof. Marcelo Ferreira Siqueira, we were able to define, develop and solve the vacation liabilities, extras and nightly surcharge from Click Geral LTDA. In the course taught by Prof. Mariangela Martimbianco Santos, we performed the calculations based on the Selic rate for the period described to obtain the value individually and as a whole. Based on the discipline of Professor Renata Marcondes, we developed a quantitative calculation of the influence of liabilities within the company. Together with Professor Danilo Doval, we were able to analyze the impact they cause within the company's financial statements (DRE and Balance Sheet). And finally, together with Professor Dirceu Fernandes Batista, we saw the changes that were generated in ROI, EBITDA, Asset Turnover, Profit Margin from of the payment of liabilities. Afterwards, we were encouraged to create a resolution to these problems were developed and solved, to present how administrators the best way to prevent future problems like these three presented in this interdisciplinary project. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Com este projeto temos o objetivo de mostrar 3 passivos trabalhista da empresa Click Geral LTDA e com isso desenvolver e orientar referente aos passivos trabalhistas A partir da definição do conceito que trabalhamos com o Prof. Marcelo Ferreira Siqueira, conseguimos definir, desenvolver e solucionar os passivos de férias, horas extras e adicional noturno da empresa Click Geral LTDA. Na disciplina ministrada pela Profa. Mariangela Martimbianco Santos, realizamos os cálculos baseados na taxa Selic do período descrito para obtermos o valor individual e total dos mesmos. Com base na disciplina da Professora Renata Marcondes, desenvolvemos um cálculo quantitativo da influência dos passivos dentro da empresa. Juntamente com o Professor Danilo Doval, conseguimos analisar o impacto que eles causam dentro das demonstrações contábeis da empresa (DRE e Balanço Patrimonial). E por fim, junto ao Professor Dirceu Fernandes Batista vimos as modificações que foram geradas no ROI, no EBITDA, no Giro do Ativo, na Margem de Lucro a partir do pagamento dos passivos. Depois, fomos incentivados a criar uma resolução para estes problemas fossem desenvolvidos e resolvidos, para apresentar como administradores a melhor forma de prevenção de futuros problemas como estes três apresentados neste projeto indisciplinar. | pt_BR |
