Abstract

The project was carried out with the objective of expanding our knowledge on the studied subjects of Positions, Salaries and Career Plan and Personnel Administration and Labor Obligations, based on the research carried out with data obtained from the company APTIV Manufatura e Serviços de Distribuição LTDA, whose the purpose is to describe its structure of the job and salary plan, as well as to approach its recruitment and selection process for filling vacancies.
