| dc.description.abstract | MUCUNA-PRETA (MUCUNA ATERRIMA)Originally from Africa, with a climbing growth habit from planting to full flowering, it is 140 to 180 days. Late planting brings flowering forward by a few weeks. Produces from 40 to 50 tons of green mass, 6 to 9 tons of dry and fixed mass between 180 and 350 kg of N per ha/harvest. Being a bad host for pests, I contributed to the increase in organic matter in the soil and the consequent increase in the population of microorganisms unfavorable to nematodes; has a positive allelopathic effect on the sedge (Cyperus rotundus L.) and is very tolerant to aluminum in the soil. | pt_BR |

Plantios tardios antecipam o florescimento em algumas semanas. Produz de 40 á 50 toneladas de massa verde, 6 a 9 toneladas de massa seca e fixa entre 180 e 350 kg de N por ha/safra. Sendo má hospedeira de pragas, contribuí para o aumento da matéria orgânica no solo e o consequente aumento da população de microrganismos desfavoráveis aos nematóides; apresenta efeito alelopático positivo sobre a tiririca (Cyperus rotundus L.) e é muito tolerante ao alumínio no solo. | pt_BR |
