Abstract
The main objective of this project is to analyze the labor liabilities of a
company, that is, the sum of all debts, when the employer, whether an individual or
legal entity, does not fulfill its labor obligations or does not pay the
social charges correctly, and how to manage these liabilities to avoid lawsuits
futures. In addition to analyzing Labor Liabilities, their impact will be verified,
in the financial statements, and through this a financial analysis of the
company's profitability indexes, verifying what was its change after the insertion
of each process.
