| dc.description.abstract | This project was created to expand the knowledge in the areas of Fundamentals of Corporate Law and Labor Liability Management, from the creation of a new enterprise of LT consulting firm ME. The Fundamentals of Business Law - Structuring and Labor Liability Management classes were important for understanding and knowledge in the areas. In the area of Business Law-Structuring, it is understood how important it is to have a Articles of Association, specifying the partners, quota divisions, trademarks and patents, and the differentiation between, Business Point and Business Establishment. This means that the company will be regularized within the responsible entities. In Labor Liability Management, as it is of paramount importance the employment contract, the monthly and weekly workloads. Bringing the employee benefits and obligations to be paid, in the case of taxes FGTS (Working Time Guarantee Fund) and INSS (National Institute of Social Security) among others. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | O presente projeto foi criado para expandir o conhecimento nas áreas de Fundamento do Direito- Estruturação Empresarial e Gestão Passivos Trabalhistas, a partir da criação um o novo empreendimento da empresa LT assessoria contábil- ME. As aulas de Fundamento do Direito- Estruturação Empresarial e Gestão Passivos Trabalhistas, foram importantes para a compreensão e conhecimento nas áreas. Na área Fundamento do Direito- Estruturação Empresarial compreende-se como é importante ter um Contrato Social, sendo especificados os sócios, as divisões de quotas, as marcas e patentes, e a diferenciação entre, Ponto Empresarial e Estabelecimento Empresarial. Acarretando que a empresa venha está regularizada dentro das entidades responsáveis. Na Gestão Passivos Trabalhistas, como é de suma importância o contrato de trabalho, as cargas horarias mensal e semanal. Trazendo os benefícios aos empregados e obrigações a serem pagas, no caso dos impostos FGTS (Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Serviço) e INSS (Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social) dentre outros. | pt_BR |
