Abstract
This work has as main objective the description of a plan of positions and
salaries of a real company. For the accomplishment of the present work, it was chosen by the
group the company Soufer Industrial.
The Soufer Industrial company was chosen for having a history of fifty and
five years of success and its remarkable commercial expansion despite being located in the
interior of the state of São Paulo.
