Abstract
This article will present a successful experience of one of the largest national retail chains, Magazine Luiza, which maintains the organizational climate favorable to productivity, valuing and respecting employees, the principles and values of the organization through a strategic communication associated with a culture of valuing human capital. Thus, the proposal was to link theoretical aspects of organizational communication to practice.
