Abstract

Integrated Project aims to build a business budget and thus the choice of tax regime, suitable for approaching a company's attitudinal competence. Based on the training, it is concluded that there is no planning without budget. Budgeting is a very important tool for the success of any survey-based organization, where it is ascertained and evaluated. One of the most important business points is sales forecasting, which must be initiated by analyzing internal and external aspects. Thus, control will always be the key to system feedback enabling the financial manager to make decisions in line with strategic planning.
