Abstract

The purpose of this work is about the importance of the approach in communication within organizations. When we talk about communication, we immediately think of sharing, which can be an idea, message or even a feeling, communication is fundamental in people's lives, being personal and also fundamental for the functioning of organizations to develop their activities and for that it is important to exchange information between members and teams.
