| dc.description.abstract | There is a Latin thought that says the following: finis origine pendet, that translating it would be: “the end depends on the beginning”. As we look into our Project Integrator (PI), we can see that when we apply it to the disciplines studied, the thought above, it shows the importance of having well planned which path let's walk in professional life, which begins not only in the interview with HR (Human Resources), but it also depends on the academic choices we make. This IP aims to use the studied concepts, relating them to organizational practice, in this case, the Kohler company, addressing the disciplines Positions salaries and career plan, personnel administration and labor obligations. With studies of the concepts learned in the disciplines and the data available from the company, it is possible to develop an analytical work, aligning theoretical knowledge with the organizational practices. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Existe um pensamento latino que diz o seguinte: finis origine pendet, que traduzindo seria: “o fim depende do início”. Ao debruçarmos sobre nosso Projeto Integrador (PI), podemos perceber que quando aplicamos para as disciplinas estudadas, o pensamento acima, ele mostra a importância de se ter bem planejado qual caminho vamos trilhar na vida profissional, que tem início não só na entrevista com o RH (Recursos Humanos), mas também depende das escolhas acadêmicas que fazemos. Este PI tem o objetivo de utilizar os conceitos estudados, relacionando-os com a prática organizacional, no caso, a empresa Kohler, abordando as disciplinas Cargos salários e plano de carreira, Administração de pessoal e obrigações trabalhistas. Com os estudos dos conceitos aprendidos nas disciplinas e os dados disponíveis da empresa, é possível desenvolver um trabalho analítico, alinhando conhecimentos teóricos com as práticas organizacionais. | pt_BR |
