Abstract

In this integrated project we can learn a little more about the company Natura, when it was founded, its values, what the company's objective is and how the supply chain, logistics and process management works. Therefore, it is known that nowadays, companies are not only made up of people and materials, but also of processes that, depending on how they are managed, can generate good or bad results for the business.
