Abstract

This article aims to present the main points of concern in the relations of industry 4.0 work. It seeks to demonstrate the scenarios that will be affected in the relationships of jobs in the country and what types of labor will be significantly affected by the automation and robotization of processes and corporations. It also addresses how new technologies modify human behavior not only highlighting aspects negative as pointed out skills that will be necessary for the restructuring of the work human. It focuses not only on working relationships with automation and robotization but also what the jobs of the future will look like.
