Abstract
This study is about the implementation of a project of financial management of the
company, enhancing the financial results from strategies to attract and
retaining talent, along with inserting or improving the career plan and
mapping of positions within the organization, determining the competencies
necessary for each position, with the objective of optimizing the processes so that the
company objectives are achieved.
In this way, it is essential to manage and evaluate the performance of
all employees involved, detecting indexes that measure the action,
behavior and execution of activities. From this, it is possible to identify
improvement and decision-making by the company's leaders and managers.
The work also aims to present the structure of the
personnel department, clearly depicting payroll management, benefits
and management of labor liabilities. In view of this, the functions of the department
staff contributes to decision making and ensures a legal relationship between employee
and employer.
