Abstract

The company Sabor de Família São João, is a franchise of the Sabor de Família brand, current with the sale of meals in frozen lunchboxes and a small emporium outside the franchise, does not have customer service in the physical store, only a physical sales and delivery, it has a wide portfolio and has good regional acceptance. The frozen food market has grown a lot, becoming a major business for those who want to invest in this branch.
