Abstract

This project aims to propose the creation of a new venture. Based on suggestions, research and group discussions and starting from the approach of the main concepts of an effective and efficient entrepreneurial management, a business plan was drawn up to analyze the feasibility and create a beverage distribution center, located in the city of São José dos Campos, the Joca Express.
