Abstract
This work aims to emphasize the importance of a good relationship within organizations and how this relationship is directly linked to the success of the company. For this study, the company Ambev was selected, which with all its extension and success clearly reflects how the company relates internally and externally, where united employees are able to connect with consumers.
Teamwork brings some challenges, the company must promote self-knowledge in order to recognize the potential and weaknesses of each one, it is necessary to understand that people are different, with opinions, methodologies, work routines and that it is these differences that have the power to create innovation in a corporate environment. Being flexible, respecting, having empathy, knowing how to listen and verbalize, aiming at collective understanding, brings solutions and results where individualities together bring positive impacts.
This project also reports the importance of effective communication in organizations, it is important that communication is integrated between employees and their customers. During the work, it is highlighted how effective communication is part of Ambev's organizational culture and strategy, without good communication it is not possible to develop quality work and before communication takes place it must be properly managed to benefit the organization, its consumers and the society as a whole.
