Abstract
Efficiency in the management of people and/or human resources is fundamental in
organizations, as they are the ones who take care of the company/employee relationship. HR is the
responsible so that both the work and the salary are fair.
It is essential that employees and employers are managed, since the
company's objective is growth and for that there needs to be, quality,
productivity, economy and recognition. The employee's objective is mostly the
recognition, career growth and good remuneration. with a good
relationship between company and employee.
