| dc.description.abstract | It can be said that companies continually seek to maximize their results and achieve better performance than their competitors. But many of these fail to succeed because they have no real knowledge of the legal obligations to keep the company in the market. It's not enough to just have a good idea, open a door and you're done, a business is open. It is necessary to know all the tax burden imposed on companies, to plan in the long run, to invest in employee training, machinery, etc. The purpose of this paper is to analyze a real company, and understand this process that involves its opening and maintenance. | dc.description.resumo | Pode-se dizer que as empresas buscam continuamente maximizar os seus resultados e alcançar desempenhos melhores que seus concorrentes. Mas muitas destas acabam não conseguindo êxito por não ter conhecimento real das obrigações legais para manter a empresa no mercado. Não basta apenas ter uma boa ideia, abrir uma porta e pronto, está aberta uma empresa. É preciso conhecer toda carga tributária imposta as empresas, planejar a longo prazo, investir na capacitação dos funcionários, em maquinários, etc. O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar uma empresa real, e compreender esse processo que envolve sua abertura e manutenção. O empreendedor precisa compreender que qualquer momento pode ocorrer mudanças e alterar as projeções financeiras, por isso a importância do Orçamento Empresarial e todas suas ramificações. | pt_BR |
