Abstract

It can be said that companies continually seek to maximize their results and achieve better performance than their competitors. But many of these fail to succeed because they have no real knowledge of the legal obligations to keep the company in the market. It's not enough to just have a good idea, open a door and you're done, a business is open. It is necessary to know all the tax burden imposed on companies, to plan in the long run, to invest in employee training, machinery, etc. The purpose of this paper is to analyze a real company, and understand this process that involves its opening and maintenance. The entrepreneur needs to understand that any time changes can occur and the financial projections change, so the importance of the Business Budget and all its ramifications.
