| dc.description.abstract | In this work, an in-depth analysis of the effects that the labor liabilities caused in the company MTJ Radiologia, in which it is a imaging exams, such as X-ray. In the Labor Liabilities Management unit, some liabilities are identified that were committed by the company recognizing the laws that were breached to become such liabilities. And together with that, it is proposed possible solutions so that they are not committed again. In relation to the unit of studies of Applied Statistics, it is analyzed and demonstrated the ratio of how many company employees were affected by the Labor liabilities. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Neste trabalho será apresentado uma análise profunda sobre os efeitos que os passivos trabalhista causaram na empresa MTJ Radiologia, na qual é uma clínica de exames por imagem, como por exemplo , Raio-X. Na unidade de Gestão de Passivos Trabalhistas, é identificado alguns passivos trabalhista que foram cometidos pela empresa reconhecendo as legislações que foram descumpridas para que se tornassem em tais passivos. E junto isso, é propostos possíveis soluções para que os mesmos não sejam cometidos novamente. Em relação a unidade de estudos de Estatística Aplicada, é analisado e demonstrado a relação de quantos funcionários da empresa foram afetados pelos Passivos trabalhista. | pt_BR |
