Abstract
The study on the area of development in human resources is important
in all sectors, whether public or private. They are industry organizations
public: city halls, legislative chambers, state governments and the federal government. At the
private sector, retail, service and industrial companies are concentrated, as well as
non-profit companies. In the case of this project, the work developed was together with
a non-profit organization, which runs a psychiatric hospital in the city
of Espírito Santo do Pinhal/SP.
Organizations, public or private, have shown a lot of interest in
realize the great importance of people in business, in relation to capital
intellectual development and how they develop their current tendencies in the search for results. THE
requirement of the modern world is increasing. It is understood that, in the absence of
people, it becomes unfeasible to offer quality services. Note that for people
achieve their personal and individual goals almost always depend directly or
indirectly from the organizations for which they work. According to them, to be successful
personal and financial, for example, means growing in organizations; however, the
organizations need people to operate, produce their goods and services,
its customers, compete in the market and achieve its strategic and global objectives.
Thus, the context in which People Management is located is represented by the
organizations and people. Without organizations and without people there would be no Management of
People. However, organizations are made up of people and through them manage to
achieve your goals and fulfill your missions. And it is understood that for people,
organizations are the starting point, as they constitute the means by which they can
achieve personal goals with minimal cost of time, effort and conflict
