A comunicação entre as equipes no contexto organizacional

Abstract

In this project we are going to talk about how the groups of a company relate and the difficulties faced on a daily basis, as well as how we deal with it and solve problems according to what was addressed in the themes. And how the leaders of their groups communicate and pass on information and that everyone can understand and apply in their daily lives. We will also address the importance of good communication within groups and business teams, an adequate qualification for managers and leaders and good feedback for a good understanding within organizations.
