Abstract

This project consists of uniting knowledge from five study units with a common objective which is a general analysis of human resources, thus carrying out the entire procedural cycle of this department of fundamental importance for the development of an organization and its stakeholders. The first mentioned unit Selection and retention of talents that gives us the necessary information for the inclusion (hiring) of a new person in our squad or even how to keep a promising employee in the company; For the second unit, we have Positions, Salaries and Career Plans that allow us to identify the adequacy of the rights and duties of employees in a fair way, in addition to collaborating for their development in a successful career, creating a two-way street in employee/company relationship; the third unit studied Performance evaluation consists of building a stronger relationship between manager and employee, thus analyzing through daily processes and results obtained in longer periods measuring their evolution or their needs for the triumph of such; the fourth unit Personal Department teaches us to develop the ability to organize through more bureaucratic procedures, thus enforcing what is described in the law in labor matters; the fifth unit Leadership and coaching allows us to engage those involved for a common objective, thus bringing synergy in the activities carried out, causing a feeling of well-being and pleasure in being present in the environment, in addition to learning training and dialogue tools.
