| dc.description.resumo | O objetivo do projeto será de chegar a uma análise detalhada de como é feita a abertura da empresa, como é feita a escolha do ponto comercial, nome empresarial e capital social, a contratação de funcionários e como os passivos trabalhistas podem trazer impactos para a empresa. A empresa escolhida é uma loja de roupas e acessórios fictícia, planejada de acordo com o objetivo do projeto e seus apontamentos. A segunda disciplina apresentada será a Gestão de Passivos Trabalhistas, onde foram apresentadas três situações diferentes que a empresa poderia enfrentar e a forma preventiva de assegurar que eles não ocorram de acordo com a CLT (Consolidação das Leis de Trabalho) e CONVENÇÃO COLETIVA DE TRABALHO SINCOMERCIO E SINCOMERCIÁRIOS – 2018/2019. | pt_BR |
