Abstract
What is the success of the greatest world leaders like Nelson Mandela and
Martin Luther King? Excellence in communicating with others, knowing how to listen,
understand and clearly convey their ideas and points of view, to the point of captivating thousands
of people and make them fight for the same cause. Thus, communication is between
most important and necessary skills for a good relationship, be it
personal or professional. It is not news that companies have been increasingly concerned
more with the influence of motivation on the productivity of its employees. It happens
that, many times, this motivation is mistakenly attributed only to benefits
financial, disregarding factors such as identification with strategic objectives
of the Company and a sense of belonging. Productivity and results delivered
by teams can be boosted when time and effort is invested in
improvements. With good communication, it is possible to get everyone to follow in the same
direction, channeling its forces. Can create and strengthen the organizational culture of
company. On the other hand, when this does not happen, it becomes much more difficult to reach the
organizational goals.
