dc.description.abstractThis is a consultation formulated by Maria das Dores, on the following questions: she asks whether it is necessary for the professional lawyer to present a power of attorney in order to have access to the police investigation. The second question presented is whether the treatment received by your child in prison is in accordance with the law. And thirdly, it asks whether financial institutions can make changes to the initial contract in relation to fee collections and finally presents the following question: “Is there anything that can be done to stop the bank from charging fees, is it possible to have an injunction ? If this is not possible, what can be done during the process so that the fees are not charged?”.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoTrata-se de consulta formulada por Maria das Dores, sobre as seguintes questões: questiona se é necessário o profissional advogado apresentar procuração para ter acesso à inquérito policial. A segunda questão apresentada é se está de acordo com a legislação o tratamento recebido por seu filho na prisão. E em terceiro lugar, indaga se instituições financeiras podem fazer mudanças no contrato inicial em relação a cobranças de tarifas e por fim apresenta o seguinte questionamento: “Há algo que se possa fazer para que o banco pare de cobrar as tarifas, é possível uma liminar? Caso não seja possível, o que fazer durante o trâmite do processo para que as tarifas não sejam cobradas?”.pt_BR
