dc.description.resumoTrata-se de consulta formulada por LUANA, que após adquirir um veículo anunciado em plataforma digital e passado por transtornos ao efetuar a retirada do carro comprado no estacionamento de Machadinho e Elias, se envolveu, voltando para sua cidade, em um acidente automotivo onde não se feriu gravemente, porém Cecília, sua colega que estava de passageira, não teve a mesma sorte já que o sistema de airbags do veículo não funcionou como deveria. Em perícia, foi constatado que além do problema dos airbags, Luana estava acima da velocidade permitida na via, o que também deu causa às graves lesões sofridas por Cecília e diante disso, acabou sendo presa e acusada por lesão corporal culposa.pt_BR
