dc.description.abstractThe work seeks to analyze how one of the largest Brazilian franchises works, the Cocoa Show. It uses as an example the specific case of the franchise established in Itapevi, São Paulo, this work shows an analysis in logistics management strategy, which had huge logistical challenges with online sales, which include transport to different regions of , we will talk about Value chain management and product development, as we have the seasonal dates, such as Easter and Christmas, which are the most important periods for the franchise, responsible for most of the store's revenue. We will talk about Strategy in logistics, the planning and control of production capacity, strategic management of costs, terminology and classification, and break-even analysis.pt_BR

Utiliza como exemplo o caso específico da franquia estabelecida em Itapevi, São Paulo, esse trabalho mostra uma análise em estratégia em gestão em logística, que teve enormes desafios logísticos com vendas on-line , que incluem o transporte para as diferentes regiões do , falaremos sobre Gestão da cadeia de valor e desenvolvimento de produtos, pois temos as datas sazonais, como páscoa e natal, que são os períodos de maior importância para a franquia, responsável pela maior parte do faturamento da loja. Falaremos sobre Estratégia em logística, o planejamento e controle da capacidade produtiva, gestão estratégica de custos, terminologia e classificação, e análise do ponto de equilíbrio.pt_BR
