ESTRATÉGIA EM LOGÍSTICA: CACAU SHOW

Abstract

The work seeks to analyze how one of the largest Brazilian franchises works, the Cocoa Show. It uses as an example the specific case of the franchise established in Itapevi, São Paulo, this work shows an analysis in logistics management strategy, which had huge logistical challenges with online sales, which include transport to different regions of , we will talk about Value chain management and product development, as we have the seasonal dates, such as Easter and Christmas, which are the most important periods for the franchise, responsible for most of the store's revenue. We will talk about Strategy in logistics, the planning and control of production capacity, strategic management of costs, terminology and classification, and break-even analysis.
