Abstract

Nowadays, the issue linked to teamwork within organizations is increasingly linked to business economic performance. In this way, a team that is engaged and committed to its results becomes essential, more than being a condition for maintaining organizations in the market, it becomes an important competitive differential for it. In this context, the main objective of this work is to present the importance and difficulties encountered within organizations in the development of teamwork. In addition to presenting how efficient communication, both written and oral, is essential in the organizational context.
