Abstract

After her vehicle broke down and received the insurance money, Luana, trusting the reputation of the vehicle company, made the purchase of a Corolla, through the phone, without analyzing the car in person. The next day, in the company of her friend Cecília, when she arrived to pick up the same, she noticed that she did not have wheels, having to buy them separately and being late due to this, suffering an accident on the way to her city of origin that caused serious injury to your friend due to the airbag not working. The plaintiff, arrested in the act for bodily injury, in her statement, held the company selling the car responsible, as the airbags did not work properly, causing her friend's injuries, against whom she had no complaints. With the decree of her provisional freedom, the applicant informs that she made telephone contact with the car park where she made the purchase, seeking help for her friend, who due to the injuries was awaiting surgery, not being able to afford the procedure in the private network, being informed that there was nothing they could do at first.
